CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Payments, Refunds, Rescheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Payment for four (4) people will be requested upon booking, and the final payment owed will be based on the final number of attendees. The final payment owed must be received at least twenty-four (24) hours before the lesson/event start time.
There are NO REFUNDS on any bookings for any reason. Refunds shall only be granted at the Company’s sole discretion.
After a booking and payment is made, you may only reschedule the Services if permitted by Company and if Company has availability on its calendar to accommodate the reschedule request. All reschedule requests must be received by Company AT LEAST forty-eight (48) hours prior to the lesson or event start time. Subject to these restrictions, rescheduled lessons/events must be rescheduled within three (3) months of the original lesson/event date.
There are no refunds for cancelled lessons or events, unless the lesson or event is cancelled by Company.
Failure to attend a lesson or event will result in a forfeiture of the fees paid to Company. There will be no refunds issued by Company.
